MS (Mild Steel) Fabrication is the process of cutting, bending, welding, and assembling mild steel into various structures and components for different applications. It involves shaping and constructing metal structures from raw mild steel material, which is a type of carbon steel that has low carbon content, making it durable and easy to work with.
Process:
Cutting- During this procedure, we cut steel sheets or rods to set into the required dimensions through sawing, shearing, laser cutting, or plasma cutting.
Bending- We bend steel into different shapes by using tools like press brakes to create angles, curves, or other structural designs.
Welding- We join steel pieces with the use of welding techniques, such as MIG welding, TIG welding, or arc welding.
Assembling- After fabrication of the pieces, we assemble them to form the final product by bolting, riveting, or welding the parts together.
Finishing- In the final step we grind, paint, or coat the products to enhance the surface finish, corrosion resistance, and aesthetics.
