Procedures of Planning & Designing:

  • Design & Development- We focus on the detailed development of the chosen schematic design, finalising the layout and design aesthetics, selecting high-quality materials for walls, floors, windows etc.
  • Documentation- We eagerly produce technical drawings that provide all the necessary information for construction. These include detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.
  • Administration- Our architects ensure the design is being followed, and that quality standards are met. They make regular visits to the construction site to monitor progress & address any issues.
  • Final Inspection- Once our construction work is completed, we process with a final inspection to ensure that everything of your project is in accordance with the planned design & specifications.
